Shipping Methods

COCOBOUCHE ships most domestic packages via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping insurance is required and is included in the shipping fee. A handling charge is never added unless you request some type of special handling. We will gladly ship FedEx, UPS, DHL or other carrier so long as you supply an account number for billing and they pickup at our location. International orders are gladly accepted with Buyer responsible for any duties.

Return Policy

COCOBOUCHE guarantees that all shipped items are in excellent vintage condition. These should be conserved and handled with care by their new owner (You) as they’re precious and unique. COCOBOUCHE is not responsible for any damage to the vintage merchandise after receipt of items. 

If for any reason you did not like the item you have purchased, it may be returned within 3 business days of receipt without exception. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes no scratches, missing pieces,odors such as smoke or perfume, or any form of merchandise alteration. Merchandise must have all original tags attached and include all accessories received with the order (dustbags, boxes, authenticity cards, etc.). Merchandise returned without aforementioned accessories will NOT be accepted for return. Packages received COD will be denied. Final sale items may not be returned.

Easy Returns

Buyer must notify info@cocobouche.com that a return is being made and is responsible of shipping costs. All items must be in the same condition as they were sent out in. Returned items in lesser condition will not be accepted or eligible for return (please see Return Policy). Send package(s) to:

COCOBOUCHE will issue a refund after we receive your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and 5-10 days for refund to appear on your bank statement. We urge you to return all packages via an insured and reputable carrier as the buyer is responsible for the item until we have signed for the package as per desired carrier. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
